LELIA ANSARI , principal broker, grew up in the Venetian region of Italy called " Il Veneto" where, since the Renaissance, splendid patrician villas grace the countryside; many by Andrea Palladio. Hence her love for architecture transposed to the rich Colonial or Contemporary American heritage.
Academic background: M.A. from "Ca' Foscari" University in Venice, M.PHIL. (PH.D., a.b.d.) from Columbia University, New York.
Lelia also lived for several years in Florence, fortunate to enjoy all the treasures of Florentine and Tuscan Art and Architecture.
She has been an associate broker in Dutchess County for sixteen years, seven of which were with the exclusive affiliate of CHRISTIE'S GREAT ESTATES for Dutchess, Columbia and Ulster counties

JOSEPH A. STAGNITTA, RE Associate, has been a resident of Dutchess County since 1969, having served the community in various capacities including President of the Hyde Park Board of Education and President of the School District Budget Advisory Committees.
Prior to being licensed in real estate in 1995, for over 25 years, Joseph acquired general management experience in the banking, pharmaceutical and information technology industries.
He is a graduate of Fordham University and also holds a MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. His professional affiliations include the International Executive Service Corps and Community College adjunct faculty lecturer.
